good morning and happy monday

not sure, but I think the groundhog did manage to escape with his life on Feb 2. But it was nip and tuck for a while there.

Kyra and I went to an Alberta Independence meeting last friday. Mainly, just to be more informed. Kathy Flett and Dr Hodkinson are excellent presenter.

Here is something that Kathy said that resonated with me. This is something Clifford Shifton said in 1904 just before the government of Canada made Alberta a province.

“We deserve, every patriotic Canadian, deserves that the great trade of the prairies shall go to enrich our own people in the east, to build up the factories and the workshops of Eastern Canada and to contribute in every way to its prosperity”

doesn’t that sound like what is going on today, especially with the equalization payment? Quebec got $13.6 billion, Alberta got $0

Even if Quebec runs a surplus deficit they still get it.

So far, I have not seen one good reason to want to stay part of carney’s New World Order and own nothing but be happy.

I saw this the other day and had to do a double take and you have got to be kidding me.

“Democratic Coalition of satan worshippers thank Minnesota gov Tim Walz for not standing in the way of spreading satanism in the state capital building. Satan has a special place for you”

There is even a plaque on display in the sate capital building

And you wonder why the state of Minnesota is going through all the day care scandals and ICE.

Most of us know about the great flood and Noah’s ark. Note- the ark did not have an engine, no steering wheel, no rudder and no sail. The ark was designed for floating not navigation. Noah’s job was just to be a passenger not the captain. God was the captain!

here’s one for “make this make sense”

Bill Blair going to the UK to become Canada’s high commissioner at a $400,000/year salary. Also our governor general getting a raise. We already pay for her clothes.

On a positive note- I am cheering for all the Canadian athletes at the Olympics. Especially the hockey teams.
