FUNERALS!

“I feel so inadequate”

Greetings everyone, finally some harvest weather here.

FUNERALS!

This past two months I have been at four funerals, one close relative, two friends and this Friday for a young man who left behind a young family of four young children. And I feel so inadequate how offer comfort to the grieving families. All I can think of is to quote this Scripture Matthew 28:20 (Lo I am with you always, even unto the end of the world.)

We may claim this promise from our Saviour and Lord. He does go with us through our sufferings and He waits for us as we emerge on the other side of the time of testing, into the light of His glorious presence to live with Him forever!

So I pray that all who are dealing with grief will find comfort, that no matter what Jesus Christ is with you, even into eternity.

I pray that God will meet all our needs this week. Leading Bible Study Sunday morning at Wayside Gospel Chapel

AND …

Here is a quick clip from one of Ken’s Sermons:

~ A grieving reflection on a beloved pastor’s sudden death leads to a reminder that, though God uses each of us uniquely, no one is irreplaceable in His work and He always prepares the next servant in His timing. ~
