good monday morning
we have had a few wet days. Now if the sun comes out so we get a few nice sunny days, I will probably need a swather to do my front and back lawn.
carney is off to Ireland and then to France for the G7 meetings. I dont think the G& hands out medals for last place. I wonder if he is going to spend another $195,000 on meals this trip.
speaking of meals, we just got our grocery benefit from the federal liberals. I guess “grocery benefit” sounds better than GST credit. I can now go out and get a loaf of bread, pound of butter, a carton of milk and maybe a box of cereal. I do hope other people did get larger amounts for their grocery benefit.
carney and the federal liberals just signed a $2.6 billion deal with the US to buy 26 rocket launchers. Just an FYI, Lockheed Martin is the manufacturer of these launchers. Brookfield has stocks in Lockheed Martin. I dont know where Canada would use these rocket launchers. Maybe on the next trucker convoy?
