good monday morning, back to the salt mine for some.

after seeing what is happening in Mexico, I guess the US doesn’t seem so bad after all. My brother has been in Arizona for most of the winter, same with our niece and nephew with no issues whatsoever. Two of my sisters and their husbands just came back for the US and again no issues. Lets not let Trump and especially carney tell us where we can vacation.

I was at a round table meeting last week with about 15 other people. The meeting was with Mike Lake (our MP in Ottawa) most of the issues that were brought up were out of his hands to do anything about until there is a change in government. One good thing to see at the meeting was a 16 year old named Sebastian that just came to observe. Good for him. also of concern, there was also a former member of our armed forces, I believe he was in his 30;s and was suffering from some form of mental disorder. Our veteran’s affairs are and were basically no help in getting him the help he needs. However, there is an option for those suffering from mental disorder – its called MAID.

We can give the Ukraine $24 billion but we cant help our own veterans. What a joke!

In most provinces, it is illegal to have your cat declawed, your dog debarked, their ears clipped and tails docked.

Yet, in some of those same provinces, it is OK for a “child” to undergo life changing surgery as they go through puberty. And the government encourages it and also pays for it.
