Saturday was a special day as we celebrated our granddaughters 5th birthday. “meat Beast” pizza and or course the cake and ice cream. It seems not that long ago I was on the ice helping my daughter learn how to skate. Cherish those moments!

the latest report shows that groceries in 2026 will cost an approx $1000 more than in 2025 and the liberals are blaming climate change. There is a better chance me believing in Santa Clause than climate change the way the advertise it. If there is an industrial carbon tax on businesses and farmers, where does that cost have to go. It has to be passed onto the consumer. But, I don’t think carney has had to buy groceries in years so he wouldn’t know what the average person has to deal with.

On Global news the other day, they were stating that the housing starts would only hit 3% of the target set by the liberal government. The very next new story was that the liberal government is giving another $252 million to the Ukraine. You know how many houses that could build here in this country? Don’t we need to heal ourselves first in order to help others?

Almost seems that way with Algoma layoffs, the auto sector in Ontario and the pulp and paper mills in BC.
