“death is only the beginning, not the end“
Too Young
Greetings everyone, looks like we are going to have warmer weather. Hopefully it will be nice right across the country.
Too Young

And the leader read these verses from Isaiah 57: 1-2 (The righteous perish and no one ponders it in his heart; devout men are taken away and no one understands that the righteous are taken away to be spared from evil. Those who walk uprightly enter into peace; they find rest as they lie in death.)
Friday night I was at a grief and sorrow meeting. And one mother said She didn’t know why my her son had to pass away so young. She said her son was a believer and was a man who always was willing to help others. And a man said the same thing about his son who passed away at 46 from a heart attack. The man said his son also was a believer, he said his son was a quiet gentle man.
And everyone said that they never thought of that, when young people pass away that they are spared from the evil one and all his temptations forever.
And then the leader read another verse from Proverbs 14:32 (The wicked is driven away in his wickedness; but the righteous hath hope in his death.)
So for a person who has trusted Jesus Christ as their Saviour, death is only the beginning, not the end. What a glorious thought that which we can comfort ourselves when we lose a loved one no matter their age. And we all were thankful for God’s comforting promises in his word. So I pray that all who are grieving will find comfort knowing that their loved ones are free forever from the evil one. And that God will meet all our needs this week Amen
